theweddingfile cover is made from a traditional book binding cloth and is not made of leather. It is currently available in two colours: Red and White. Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour reproduction on this site is a close representation. The file measures 185mm width x 225mm height x 50mm depth.

theweddingfile operates a secure online system through Barclays Bank Merchant Services. You can order anytime day or night and your credit card details are encrypted through the Barclays Bank secure page. Please note your credit card receipt will show Fab Publishing Limited.

theweddingfile is dispatched by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday morning. Royal mail will request a signature as proof of delivery therefore please select a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the goods. Stock permitting, if your order is placed by 5.00 p.m. deliveries within the UK will normally be made within 5 working days. We will notify you by e-mail if there is any delay to your order.

We want you to be delighted with your wedding file and try to ensure the file arrives in perfect condition. Any claims for damage should be made in writing within 7 working days. Goods which are found to be damaged on receipt can be returned free of charge for a replacement.

Goods must be returned, unused and in original packaging, within 7 working days for a refund to: 1 Evesden, The Forest, London, E11 1PJ. We recommend that you return items by registered post as we cannot be responsible for items lost prior to delivery to us. Original delivery charges are not refundable.

Currently orders are dispatched by Royal Mail via Recorded or International Signed For services, depending on delivery address. All orders will need to be signed for therefore please include an address where you will be able to sign for the goods. Insurance is included in these postal rates. Delivery within the UK, depending on stock, is usually delivered within seven working days. International Deliveries are usually delivered within seven to ten working days. The postal charges will also include a packaging charge.

All orders delivered outside the UK are classified, for postal charges, under Europe, World Zone 1 and World Zone 2. If you wish to know what zone your country falls into please email us or ask at your local post office.

When delivering from the UK to an International address the goods may be subject to local import custom and excise duty, which you are responsible for paying. This does not apply to countries within the EC.
